WHAT IS A "F.R.I.E.N.D OF FRANK"?

What does that mean? It means that you are recognized by our company as a valued, outstanding and dynamic STA Group Leader and because of  this we want to offer you the opportunity to find other Group Leaders like yourself and REWARD you for finding them. 

Here's how it works:

Step 1

Talk to a F.R.I.E.N.D about how awesome student travel is with STA.

Step 2

Once they're ready to start planning, submit your referral by completing the form below.

Step 3

Earn $250 for starting their trip promotion + up to $50 per paid traveler. See the fine print below for more details*

*The fine print:

  • School Tours of America (STA) reserves the right at its sole discretion to accept or reject any referral as an eligible referral.
  • Referred Teacher must sign up to travel a minimum of 3-day/2-night trip traveling between Spring of 2025 thru the end of the 2026 Season and have at least 10 full paying participants.
  • Referred Teacher cannot have traveled with STA for the past 4 years.
  • Referred Teacher must be at a different school and not promoting a competitive trip to yours.
  • In the event that multiple teachers turn in the same referral, STA reserves the right at its sole discretion to determine the origin of the referral and may assign a prorated reward for the referral.
  • The $250 referral bonus is paid immediately after the new Group Leader has received their trip materials to promote their trip.
  • In addition to your $250 referral check, when your referral travels during the 2025 or 2026 tour season, you qualify for an additional BONUS based on when you submitted the referral and how many full paying travelers your referral has on their trip! This additional bonus will be paid the October after the referred group travels.
    • If you submit your referral from now until July 31, 2024, you will receive $50 per full paying traveler your referral has (in addition to the $250 already sent to you).
    • If you submit your referral from August 1-October 1, 2024, you will receive $35 per full paying traveler your referral has (in addition to the $250 already sent to you).
    • Any referrals received after October 1, 2024 do not qualify for this offer, but don't worry - you will qualify for our standard referral program where you will receive $25 per full paying traveler your referral has.
