MEET THE STA FAM!

Spend a weekend in DC to get "familiarized" with student group travel with School Tours of America and learn why we're the best!
Here's how it works:

To Qualify:

• Be an educator: This trip is designed for teachers and other educators who plan student group trips.
• Have an interest in the East Coast: The FAM Trip focuses on showcasing destinations and activities on the East Coast of the United States.
• Be actively involved in planning student trips: Ideally, you're currently planning a class trip or have a strong interest in leading one in the near future.
• Commitment to attend the FAM Trip: This is a hands-on experience, so full participation in the trip itinerary is required.

*The Fine Print:

• The STA FAM Trip is intended for new schools or groups that are currently not traveling on a group tour with School Tours of America.
• Participation is by invitation only, submitting a form does not guarantee a spot on the FAM Trip. Space is limited and available on a first come, first serve basis
• Co-Chaperones or Co-Group leaders may join pending space availability, a total maximum amount of two people may represent your school or group if space allows.

• The STA FAM trip takes place July 26 - July 28, 2026 in Washington DC
• Limitations may apply and trip particulars are subject to change
• The STA Familiarization trip is intended for group leaders that have not traveled with School Tours of America
• Our goal is to ensure everyone can participate comfortably in the Fam Trip! While the trip includes walks in the summer heat, please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any concerns, preferences, or accessibility needs regarding the activities.
