Step 1: Choose your travel dates & destinations |

Every student group is different. That’s why no two trips planned by STA are alike. STA’s travel coordinators take a hands-on, personal approach by providing flexibility—with dates, lengths of stay and choice of destinations and detailed itineraries most suitable to your group’s needs. |
Step 2: Build the excitement |
The sooner you get the word out about the dates and great destination, the more opportunities for students to register. Start handing out those registration packets provided by STA, and follow STA’s easy step-by-step approach to informing students and parents. Plan a student/parent meeting NOW! We even provide a Tour Director handbook, promotional material, videos and fundraising ideas for you to share with students and parents.

Step 3: Let STA handle the rest |
STA’s number one job is to make your job easier, by providing personal tour coordinators who are your day-to-day contact and support from the time you chose your destination to the time you return home. STA also manages all payment transactions directly with parents, providing flexible options. Plus, the entire STA family is focused on providing a safe and enriching experience.
