Photography:
For a chance to win, all you have to do is pick up to FOUR of YOUR best photographs taken while on tour with School Tours of America
and send them in!
Photos will be judged based on the following three categories.
- General Travel
- Portrait Individual/Group
- Best Overall Image
Each student may submit up to four images, we want to see the best you have to offer! : Submit your images via Facebook, Flickr, or by email.
Make sure to include your: full name, city and state.
(Remember to include the title of your images)
Video Contest:
Are you a whiz with a video camera? Show us what you can do! Create a video that in some way documents your experience traveling with School Tours of America,
the theme of the video is up to you.
Examples: a documentary highlighting your experiences, a testimonial for traveling with School Tours of America or a video explaining the benefits of student travel.
Entries should include a combination of live video and still images. All entries must be 7 minutes or less.
Videos should be submitted via Youtube or Facebook. If the video is 15mb or less it can also be submitted via email. Please submit only video files ending in .mov, .avi, .wmv -please do not submit the actual file used to create the video as it
will not be able to be viewed.
Videos will be judged based on both content and creativity.
Writing: Essay or Trip Journal
Submit a Travel Journal outlining your experiences and thoughts while traveling with School Tours of America along with any pictures, if possible.
Travel Journals may come im many formats including blogs, you may choose what type you would like to submit.
You may also submit an essay discussing an aspect of your experiences while traveling with School Tours of America. You may choose the form, style and topic of the essay.
Only one writing entry per student may be submitted for consideration. Essays should be between 300-1000 words and should be submitted via a .doc or a .pdf file.
Eligibility:Open to all students traveling with School Tours of America.
